Review: I Was Here

I Was Here I Was Here by Gayle Forman
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

“It's funny how once you start pretending, you realise how much everyone else is too.”

Amm...It was something I did not expect. Story was not gripping and many of the times I lost interest so that I had to drag myself back to the story. The romance part completely destroyed the so called charm of story.
Overall, story was bearable.

Review: The Boy Who Lied

The Boy Who Lied The Boy Who Lied by Kim Slater
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I enjoyed reading this book. The concept was good that a boy is struggling in his daily life to hide his poverty from the cruel world and in that race he keeps on telling lies to others. One day, his younger brother went missing and he actually do not know what happened. Now everyone is accusing him for not telling the truth.

I also like the stories of Mother who is also facing social hate due to her carefree attitude towards her children.

Over all the story was good but sometimes I felt like the story is being pulling longer than it should.

Review: We Were Liars

We Were Liars We Were Liars by E. Lockhart
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Original Rating 3.5
It is the second book of E. Lockhart, I read and find it good.

The lavish looking family on their personal island, everything look perfect and happy in their life but their dark secrets are bitter than venom.

Firstly, I did not get the flow of book because in starting, book was boring and the story was not making any sense at all but gradually after the half of the book, the story became interesting and it remained till the end. Moreover, I cannot deny the strong emotions of all characters and their ambitions.

Well, it was not a time waste!

Review: Killing Floor

Killing Floor Killing Floor by Lee Child
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Original rating: 4.4
I heard a lot about Lee Child and Jack Racher Series . Honestly, this book did not disappoint me. Writer made the good effort to present Mr. Reacher the toughest hero of all time and he got succeeded but at some point the story got bored.
The story was good with many twists and adventure and I should say one thing that writer made the complex situation very easy. I appreciate that. Overall, it is a good read.
P.S. Usually I do not read but this one made me think to read more!

Review: Water for Elephants

Water for Elephants Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen
My rating: 1 of 5 stars

This book is another worst read I've read. I read this book because of it's good reviews but I think this book just deserves 1 star. A depression from start to end with no proper description of what the characters want.
I found it vague. Do not want to recommend this book to my friends.
I wonder why everyone like this book!
